Encompassing the different facets of a person in a blog post can be a challenge. I’ve had a variety of different phases in my life and picked up people, places, skills, and experiences in each. Here are a few of them.
Live Video Production and Streaming
The technology that people use to convey their message has changed a lot over the last 30 years. When I was starting out people used tape, antennas, bulky cameras, editing systems costing six figures. Now you can do it all in a device that fits in your pocket. Over the last decade I’ve run a small broadcast distribution business, which means buying products like PTZ cameras and switchers and helping them get to the end customer through resellers. You can find that part of me here: https://usbroadcast.co/
Breathing and Meditation
Breathing and meditation have become a big part of my life in recent years. I’ve found that breathwork leads to better meditation. It can be used to delve deep into yourself and get answers about how you tick without going to Peru and going on an Ayahuasca journey. There are some other neat tricks you can do with breathwork as well.

Kundalini
Kundalini can be broken down into two almost separate topics: Yoga and awakening. Kundalini Yoga is amazing, it merges posture, breathing, and energy in a way I don’t feel other yoga practices do.
Awakening is a whole other topic. If you know, you know. If you need help, feel free to reach out.

Virtual Studios
Virtual studios are how I got my start. Working at a company called Play Inc set the foundation for a lot of people. One of the things their box did was virtual sets and it turned out I knew how to make them 20 years before everyone and their brother did. And that’s how virtualsetworks was born: https://virtualsetworks.com/
Travel and Costa Rica
Last but not least, I’m a travel enthusiast who loves exploring new places, Iceland, India, Italy, Indonesia to name the i’s and experiencing new cultures. One of my favorite destinations is Costa Rica, where I’ve had the opportunity to live, own a home, and be a part of the vibrant community. I’m excited to share my travel experiences with you and provide tips and pointers throughout my travels.
For cool places in Costa Rica check out Rincon volcano, Pachamama in Nosara, and Montezuma at the tip of the Nicoya peninsula.
